What is LPC Supervision?  

LPC supervision is an opportunity for counselors to earn a minimum of 3000 hours of experience over roughly 18 months under the supervision of a board-approved LPC Supervisor. The Social House Wellness Center is eager to find interns ready to develop into well-equipped counseling professionals and take the next step in their careers.

Our supervision program takes what you’ve learned in the classroom and applies it through training and teachings from a hands-on supervisor with over 14 years in the following environments: 

-          Private practice 

-          Owning and operating a private practice specializing in trauma and anxiety treatment services. 

-          Substance abuse outpatient programs.

-          Mobile crisis intervention centers.

-          Education centers.

-          Diverse, multi-cultural populations that range from children to adults and include individuals, couples, and families. 

-          Probation officers and court services.
